Due to continued expansion and a very busy deal pipeline, this Global Investment Bank is looking to add two Investment Banking Analysts to its corporate finance team.
Daily you will undertake detailed financial modeling, valuation analytics and industry/company research, and work closely with the senior Bankers on pitch-book presentations, co-ordination of due diligence and project managing the execution process.
This career defining window of opportunity will not be open for long.
You will have achieved outstanding academics, possess 1 to 3 years of Australian transaction execution experience after graduating, and demonstrate superlative technical skills. Coverage wise, you will need to come from a Technology, Media, Telco or Real Estate M&A background.
You will also possess insatiable drive and a hunger to stand out against your peers across the industry. You will be ambitious to take on additional responsibility, and to contribute directly to the successful pitch and execution of mandates.
Candidates from a tier-one Global Investment Bank are favoured, but experience from a strategic consulting or broader transactional advisory perspective with the appropriate sector coverage will also be considered.
