Your Role
The key focus of this role is to actively and enthusiastically create new opportunities for the Career Management and Outplacement business and build robust client relationships. Your portfolio of services include career development and coaching, implementation of Career Centres, communication strategies, retention and engagement strategies, career transition and outplacement programs, on-line career management programs, career assistance workshops, redeployment programs and retirement programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Initiate, develop and maintain client relationships to maximize opportunities
- Consult with clients and potential clients to determine their Career Management requirements
- Prepare sales proposals and tender responses
- Professional presentations to client groups
- Actively seek feedback on services delivered
- Participate in product development, marketing and client education activities
Your Skills
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong track record in business development and account management for Career Management Solutions who has built a strong network in the industry. Your ability to build relationships is paramount, as is the ability to recognize opportunities and consult effectively. A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable however not essential.
