Our client located in Granville, are a large national company and are currently seeking a Spare Parts Interpreter to join their Spare Parts team.
Your main responsibilities will be;
- Handle incoming customer enquiries
- Ensure customers receive parts in a timely fashion
- Placing and processing orders
- Undertaking quotes
- Keep the manager updated on all spare parts issues
- Liaising with the workshop
We are seeking candidates who possess clear and fluent communication skills and a good phone manner. You will have excellent follow up skills and the ability to multitask. Experience in a customer service role within an automotive environment would be highly regarded. In addition you will possess good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn about spare parts.
