Our Head Office located in Ultimo are looking for an Assistant Accountant for their Finance Division, reporting to the Group Financial Controller.
This role includes:
- Accounting and Administration support
- Accounts Receivable and Invoicing
- Weekly Bank Reconciliations
- Yearly end financial accounts for audit purposes
- Develop and maintain the Group\'s Asset Register
- Weekly reconciliation of inter company loans
To be successful in this role you will posess the following attributes:
- Effective verbal communication
- Skills in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills
- Motivation to work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to work and commit to deadlines
- Ability to speak and write Tagalog (Filipino)
