We are currently representing a company whose main focus is to provide superior customer service in their search of a Contract Administrator.
This company currently has a number of residential projects ($5-30m value range) predominantly within the eastern suburbs and is looking for a comp etent individual who is looking to join a team orientated company.
The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified with around 2-5 years construction experience on residential construction projects. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for administering head and sub contracts, cost control/ forecasting and reporting.
The successful candidate will report directly to a Project Manager and will have a key objective of ensuring the group implements best contracting practices and prudent commercial arrangements with customers and suppliers.
