    An excellent opportunity exists for an Associate Director to represent Savills Research in NSW and become an integral part of the National Savills Research Team. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years experience preferably within the property industry sector. Sound current economic knowledge and a general understanding of the influences this has on the property market is essential for this role.

    Reporting to and working closely with the Divisional Director this role will provide internal client communication and strong support to the Valuations division. We are seeking a self managing individual who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and who will actively pursue consultancy work. This person will draw on their networking skills to maintain and grow client relationships across all divisions.

    Key responsibilities will include:
  • Compiling market research documents, presentations and information

  • Provide strong support to the Valuations Division as required

  • Ensure maintenance of research databases is to a high standard

  • Compiling periodic market commentary in accordance with Savills National
    Research timeline
  • Giving presentations to internal clients as required

  • Ad-hoc research as required e.g. demographic research

  • Ensuring excellent communication with all levels of staff and interstate
    executives


  • To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Minimum 3-5 years research experience

  • Tertiary qualification and/or relevant certifications

  • An ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality

  • Attention to detail and an analytical mind that can observe and discuss trends
    from research data

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Outstanding Analytical skills
